How calculation and content issues are handled.

Last updated: May 2026

Last updated May 16, 2026. Users can report suspected errors in formulas, examples, copy, links, accessibility, or page behavior.

What to report

  • A calculator result that appears mathematically wrong.
  • A formula explanation that does not match the calculator behavior.
  • A confusing or misleading example.
  • A broken link, missing trust link, or sitemap issue.
  • A privacy, disclaimer, accessibility, or mobile rendering concern.

How to report an issue

Email interestcalc.support@digitalrichkid.com with the page URL, the inputs used, the expected result, the result shown, and any screenshot or browser details that help reproduce the problem.

Review workflow

Reports are reviewed against the source formula, the page copy, and the existing test suite. If a calculator bug is confirmed, the preferred fix is a minimal code change plus a regression test for the reported case. If a content issue is confirmed, the affected page is updated and the correction may be reflected in validation rules.
